Decorating Icing

This is simple and easy for decorating cookies. Dries hard.

If you want to add color to this icing, use natural food colors.

1 part hot water
13 parts sifted powdered unrefined cane sugar (sold as "organic" powdered sugar)

1. Put powdered sugar in a bowl.
2. Add water and mix with a fork until well blended.
3. Add a little more water if needed for consistency.
